Businesspod (pty) ltd. provides Businesspod BI (Dashboarding) as a service (Hosted Data) through the product Zoho Reports
User Sign up Obligations:
You need to sign up for a user account by providing all required information in order to access or use the Services. If you represent an organization and wish to use the Services for corporate internal use, we recommend that you, and all other users from your organization, sign up for user accounts by providing your corporate contact information. In particular, we recommend that you use your corporate email address. You agree to
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the sign up process; and
Maintain and promptly update the information provided during sign up to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if Businesspod (pty) ltd has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Businesspod (pty) ltd may terminate your user account and refuse current or future use of any or all of the Services.
Businesspod (pty) ltd. shall not, at any time, be liable for any damage or loss of any kind, caused as a result of the improper use of the Hosted Data, due to inadequate equipment or the inability to use it in the right way. Businesspod (pty) ltd. shall in no way be liable for any damage arising from the inability to connect to the Hosted data for the aforementioned reasons.In using the Zoho Reports system , the user agrees:- Not to use false identities and/or use the system in an unauthorized manner, on behalf of any legal or private person,- Not to use the Zoho Reports system for achieving any illegal goals,- Not to obstruct the networks, which are needed to provide the service,- Not to use any device, software, program or other means in order to obstruct the functioning of the web page, and not to obstruct transactions which are offered by the Businesspod BI system,- Not to take any action which could damage the infrastructure of the Zoho Reports system, Businesspod (pty) ltd. reserves the right to restrict the user's access to the Zoho Reports system, at any time, if the user violates any of the aforementioned regulations.
Businesspod (pty) ltd accepts no responsibility or provides a warranty for the use of Repsly. Terms and conditions for the use of Repsly are maintained between the customer and Repsly. Businesspod (pty) ltd provides 1st line support to Repsly users.
Repsly terms and conditions:
Businesspod (pty) ltd accepts no responsibility or provides a warranty for the use of ZOHO products. Terms and conditions for the use of ZOHO products are maintained between the customer and ZOHO.
ZOHO terms and conditions:
Businesspod (pty) ltd. may temporarily suspend the services of the products and services offered to the users if they fail to settle the payments that they owe to the service provider.
Suspension of an account may be effected if the following terms are not met by the customer:
Payment is not effected within 30 days of invoice creation date.
Customer violates the terms of conditions provided above.
Repsly Licenses are billed in advance for the month ahead. Billing is based on the number of reps marked as active in the customer account. Repsly licenses that are marked as active after the commencement of the billing cycle are subject to Pro-Rata billing in arrears for the month. The billing cycle commences on the 1st of every month.
Exchange rates for Repsly licenses are set quarterly on the the following dates:
Modification of Terms of Service.
We may modify the Terms upon notice to you at any time. You will be provided notice of any such modification by electronic mail or by publishing the changes on the website:
You may terminate your use of the Services if the Terms are modified in a manner that substantially affects your rights in connection with use of the Services. Your continued use of the Service after notice of any change to the Terms will be deemed to be your agreement to the amended Terms.
